Your journey Ahead

Your career at Muntra begins in our Customer Support Team, where your role will be to assist our customers via phone, chat, email, and online meetings. After 6-8 months, if you show us you are a high performer you will advance into our Onboarding Team. In this role, you will take on a project leader position, visiting clinics to provide training and hands-on support as they get started with Muntra.

Your skills

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (additional Nordic language are a plus)
  • Previous experience from a service role with a track record of delivering excellent customer experience are a plus.
  • Tech-curious with an interest in healthcare and digital solutions
  • Organized and detail-oriented. Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems. Skilled in logical and lateral thinking (results from a cognitive ability test is a plus).
