Your Journey Ahead

Your career at Muntra will include working in both our Customer Support and Onboarding Teams. You will assist our customers via phone, chat, email, and online meetings, while also taking an active role in onboarding new clinics.

As part of your onboarding responsibilities, you will take on a project leader role — visiting dental clinics, providing training, and delivering hands-on support as they get started with Muntra.

Your Skills

  • Fluent in Danish and English (additional Nordic languages are a plus).
  • Ability to live and work in Denmark, or commute to Denmark.
  • Previous experience in a service role with a track record of delivering excellent customer experience is a plus.
  • Tech-curious with an interest in healthcare and digital solutions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented. Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems. Skilled in logical and lateral thinking (results from a cognitive ability test are a plus)
